senior vice president of eastern drugstore region

fifth director of the Real Estate Center at Texas
A&M University.
Robert E. Meadows (J.D. ’77) has been
elected managing partner of the Houston office
for King & Spalding, an international law
firm.
Gray H. Miller (’74, J.D. ’78) has
been approved unanimously by the Senate Judiciary
Committee to serve as U.S. district judge for
the southern district of Texas.
Michael L. Nichols (O.D. ’77) has been
appointed by Governor Matt Blunt to the Missouri
State Board of Optometry. Nichols’ appointment
is subject to Senate confirmation for a term
ending on June 30, 2010.
